Fashion Spats! (Part Deux) UPDATE!

I’ve been on the hunt for a pair of spats ever since Marjorie wrote about them a couple of weeks ago. I love the ones at Local 35, but I went on the search for some handmade ones and found these on Etsy. I think my search is over!
Embellished spats by Irish designer Bonzie.
Adorable kids spats by Soil. Ramona from Soil replied to my request for adult spats stating,
“I do make the spats in adult sizes, but right now only the same ones that I have listed on etsy. I can do them as a custom order in a womens size 7. I can also do other sizes but may need a few measurements. I’m also happy to work with you if you want them taller, shorter, or whatever”Send her an e-mail through her Etsy store for any adult size requests.

Paolo! That's the store in San Francisco! It's my current favorite shoe store back home, and I too saw their awesome spats selection. I kind of regret not snatching up a pair, but I had already spent too many dollars shopping that day, so I decided to stick with the cherry red ankle breakers instead (they were on sale!). Should have broken out the credit card and done both…

a couple months ago i saw the absolute cutest spats at an italian shoe store in hayes valley. i've been looking for a cheaper version ever since.
