Shopping Guide It's That Time Again

The end of a season means great things for bargain hunters, and tomorrow is a big day for deals: Twelve boutiques are banding together once more for one of the famous PDX Collecive sales, where merch goes for rock bottom prices. A word to the wise: Go early! Here's the lineup: Bubble Boutique, Le Train Bleu, Moxie, Nolita, Olio United, Physical Element, Pin Me, Phlox, Sameunderneath, Shoefly, and up from Hood River, Parts + Labour and Zella's Shoes.
