Sales of Note

Posted by Wm.™ Steven Humphrey on Wed, Nov 25, 2009 at 2:08 PM

Don't you hate moving? If you're like me, you try to get rid of EVERYTHING just so you don't have to move it, and aggravate your already tenuous hernia. UNION ROSE is like me, too, so instead of hauling everything down to their new location in the Montavilla business district (7909 SE Stark), they're having a bitchin' 20% off your entire purchase sale this Friday, Saturday and Sunday! And don't forget, Sunday is their last day in their current space (2023 NE MLK), and they'll only be open from noon to 4 pm that day. But the good news? They'll be donating 10% of that day's profits to the Oregon Food Bank. So help Union Rose move, and help the disadvantaged in the process. (Don't worry, they're not asking to borrow your truck.)

ANOTHER SALE OF NOTE! Friend of MOD Erik Prowell informs us that "LA MERDE is having a sample sale at the Flurry Pop-Up Shop this Saturday from 1-7. I'll be selling assorted unique styles at deep discounts." WOOT NOW! I'll be there, Erik. You know about these downtown "Pop-Up Shops," right? Of course you do, because you read abut it in the Mercury. Hop down there, buy local, and make a big show out of snubbing Nordy's!
