It's time again this evening for the monthly festivities on NW 23rd, where deals are made and drinks are poured up and down the street. Souchi is always a regular stop for me when I'm on that strip—sure, it's easy to get sticker shock from some of the up-front items, but they always have a ton of stuff on sale and I almost always find stupid-good deals.
