This talk by Johann Blakely was posted last month, but I was reminded of it when a coworker stumbled across it recently, and finally stole the time to watch it in full. It's worth checking out if you haven't already seen it, and makes a good argument about the lack of copyright in fashion design being a good thing, even a necessary thing, for the industry to flourish creatively.
