My buddy at Thrillist has the scoop about a brand new downtown store for men, Core Men's Shop (515 SW Broadway), now open (though shopatcore.com is still a work in progress. Look for Jeremy Argyle, Zachary Prell, Citizens of Humanity, Converse by John Varvatos, as selected by an owner whose resume also includes two tours in Iraq and commercial carpentry. Plus: an in-store bar.
