At the Cleaners, where everything will be $5-99, Frances May's Pamela Baker Miller says to look for "jewelry, clothes, socks, suits, tees, sweaters, pants, dresses, wallets, ect. for cheap cheap cheap." And around the corner at the store, they're doing 15% off across the board.
