In a step I think is wholly appropriate, Barbara Seipp of Phlox confirms that she plans to rebrand the boutique as Isaac Hers when it makes the move to the Eagle Building downtown later this year. Isaac Hers, of course, is the name of the line that Seipp designs herself, and I think it's only right that it be given pride of place in the store's identity. Although specifics are pending she hints that, "The focus will be the Isaac Hers brand, though I will have other lines. The whole tone will be different."
