Chambers: More Details (Like Menswear!), More Sneak Peeks

Posted by Marjorie Skinner on Mon, Mar 26, 2012 at 2:26 PM

As previously noted, Isaac Hers will debut the Fall 2012 collection on Saturday April 21 at 610 SW 12th. More details of the event, "Chambers," have been released: The Woodlands and PINO will be opening the show with a menswear runway presentation, and the Isaac Hers portion will feature the inhouse line (designed by store owner Barbara Seipp) as well as their other featured collections. In addition, there will be a "silent auction, shopping and mingling both pre-show and after. Proceeds to benefit Planned Parenthood of the Columbia/Willamette."

I'm particularly curious about PINO, with which I am unfamiliar, and their web site is still under construction. I was able to obtain this quote: "PINO is advancing the art of American handmade clothing, designed locally, made locally. We bring together originality with impeccable form to create menswear and accessories for the modern man. Precision in design and an improvisational sensibility are in every one of our handmade pieces. Make a statement with PINO's intelligently selected materials and masterful workmanship. Dare to dress like the gentleman you are. At PINO, life is too short to wear boring clothes..." So there you have it. I have a line out to get more info and hopefully some photos.

Tickets to Chambers are $40 for seating, $20 for standing and $15 for students with ID, and can be purchased on the Isaac Hers site. Lastly, her are two more sneak peek photos from the new Isaac Hers collection!:
