Local Feminist group, Feminist Agenda has put together a clothing drive for Dress for Success Oregon throughout the month of April—there's still time to help!. If you aren't familiar with the organization, Dress for Success promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
The most in need demographic in the unemployed sector are the Plus Size women. So help your Big girl sisters look the part for their job search! Everyone deserves a little business realness right!?
Here is how you can help?
Gather your clean, current, professional women's clothing and shoes in excellent condition, in sizes 16 and up (9w and up for shoes) and drop them off at Fat Fancy Downtown on 10th & SW Morrison (1013 SW Morrison).
