Westside retail party compound the Black Box can't go for long before finding a reason to celebrate, and nobody's going to argue that summer's definitive arrival is an unworthy excuse. Each resident in the hive of stores has got their own micro party going on, with DJs, discounts, consumables, and prizes, so check in with Solestruck, Isaac Hers, Yo! Vintage, Dunderdon, and Blackbird for details. Or just show up and weave in and out of the various spaces to see what there is to see. That usually works for me.
