Beaumont to Debut New Retail Program

Posted by Marjorie Skinner on Thu, Jul 12, 2012 at 12:44 PM

On Wednesday, businesses in "Beaumont Village," the up and coming stretch of Fremont that begins around 42nd and extends east from there, are debuting "Shop the Block," a group sale event much like that of virtually every other hub of independent retail in town. They're also launching a neighborhood "Shop Card" that rewards visitors to each participating store with $10 credits to spend there. Free money to spend more money, for sure, but free money nonetheless.

Shops involved include Amenity Shoes, Cloth and Canvas, Full Circle, Gazelle, Shop Adorn, and The Arrangement, and the event will run from 4-8 pm on Wednesday July 18. During the event, you can take advantage of the following deals:

Amenity Shoes: 20% off jewelry and handbags.

Cloth and Canvas: Additional 15% off sale items and a Peapod trunk show.

Full Circle: 10% off all orange tags.

Gazelle: Additional 10% off sale room.

Shop Adorn: Additional 30% off sale items plus free jean hemming from Cloth and Canvas.

The Arrangement: 20% off all clothing and a Dana Herbert trunk show.

And, when you visit all locations, you'll get your Shop Card, which is good for $10 off purchases of $50 or more at each stop. And since no shopping event would be complete without it, look for a variety of adult beverages and apps at each location.
