"Snow Peak" Pops Up

Posted by Rose Finn on Mon, Dec 10, 2012 at 11:14 AM

"Snow Peak" is a Japanese camping gear company that hosted its grand American opening in the Pearl yesterday. They're currently just a pop-up shop (only open until Christmas Eve), the space and items offered were both limited. Being that I've gone camping once this year and am still learning to master the bicycle, I didn't have much to do but sip their complimentary coffee and shuffle around, with a rack of spiffy raincoats here, and some $9 titanium sporks there. However, if you totally geek out on camping equipment and are willing to spork over a few extra dollars, I highly recommend you check this shop out. They'll re-open as a real store in the early part of 2013.
