Red Fox Vintage, up on Killingsworth & 30th, has some exciting news: This Saturday (June 1), they're hosting a grand opening for a brand new location on the other side of town, at 46th and Woodstock. (Notice to all the Reedies out there.) In their own words:
We will be providing vending space for 50 dealers, specializing in vintage furniture, housewares, clothing, accessories, records, and more. We will also feature a "Man Cave" for the guys with camping gear, tools, backpacks, clothing, cameras, etc. We'll have 4500 sq. ft of vintage awesomeness! We are very involved in the community, supporting local charities and benefits. Our vendors help us sponsor a family each year at Christmas. We also support a local camp for under privileged youth. Our shop also hosts regular evening events featuring fashion shows, live music, locally produced old time silent movies and more! As members of the Woodstock Chamber, we will have a ribbon cutting ceremony on June 1st, as well as a big party that evening featuring Jazz by Eric Allen, food, wine, and of course shopping!
Could you seriously ask for anything more from your local overachieving vintage shop? I think not! (Oh, and if you don't want to wait until the weekend/you like to dispense with formalities, they're actually open now!)
