Adventures at Sasquatch: Day Three

Posted by Kayla Rekofke on Mon, Jun 3, 2013 at 11:29 AM

GRIMES! I adore Grimes and couldn’t wait for her performance Sunday evening. Overall Sunday turned out to be my favorite day of them all. With an enchanting set by Chicago brother sister band Wild Belle, to Edward Sharpe, and of course my lady Grimes absolutely killing it! Festival goers brought their fashion a-game. Crop tops, hats, camo jackets, and oversized shades were the name of the game. Boho chanteuse Natalie Belle Bergman of Wild Belle stole my heart and my ears with her breezy, effortless style (all whist chugging a Budweiser between songs) I had never heard their music before Sasquatch, but I was instantly transfixed by Wild Belle’s beautifully original songs. My traveling companion and I decided it would be best to dip out early Monday morning, instead of making the long trek back to the Rose City after dark. Hats off to the organizers, performers, and to every person who worked this massive event! Until next year Sasquatch
