—The physical location of Crafty Wonderland is celebrating its third anniversary, with 10% off all day long. Saturday, Crafty Wonderland, 808 SW 10th, 10 am-6 pm

PINO and Sterling Coffee Roasters are celebrating their collaborative holiday collection of "ties, bow ties, pocket rounds and special Sterling Coffee gifts" with a launch party over drinks and snacks. Saturday, Coffeehouse Northwest, 1951 W Burnside, 6 pm

—Portland's Goorin Brothers, in concert with Rogue, Portland Beard Co and The Portland Beardsmen, is raising money for Family Dogs New Life Shelter with a six-category (!) beard contest called "Hats off to Beards," with contestants coming as far as Seattle and and Spokane. It's free to attend but there will be an auction of hats and beard products with all proceeds going to the cause. Saturday, Goorin Brothers, 808 NW 23rd, 4-8 pm
