Lest you be without clothing, the weekend brings you a full schedule of opportunity to cover one's self in fine threads from your friendly local retailers:
—Brady Lange had to reschedule his Spring/Summer presentation thanks to the snowstorm—which I wrote about originally here—but it's back on with live models, projections, dancing, and drinks, and once again it's free. Black Book, 20 NW 3rd, 7-10 pm
—Machus and Solestruck are teaming up once more for Our Turn, a shopping night geared toward men, during which you can be shuttled back and forth between the two shops in a limo and enjoy one-night-only discounts on merch at both spots. Machus, 542 E Burnside & Solestruck, 417 SW 13th, 8-11 pm
—Also rescheduled, the PDX Collective group sale with end of season stock from almost 10 boutiques is going down for real with deep, steep discounts over two days (protip: go as early as possible). The Cleaners, 403 SW 10th, Sat 10 am-5 pm & Sun 11 am-5 pm
—It should also be mentioned that there is a rock 'n' roll-themed flea market tomorrow! Look for patches, boots, records, and uh, "vintage Japanese china." Okay! East End, 203 SE Grand, noon-5 pm
—Take it and leave it: Modified Style is hosting their clothing swap fundraiser in order to produce their sixth annual fashion show benefiting p:ear and Community Transitional School. Five bucks and a bag of "gently used" clothing and/or fabric gets you in, or 10 bucks without. Plus there will be dresses from past shows up for $25 each, there's a bar, and it's all ages. Bridgeport Brewing Company, 1313 NW Marshall, 3-7 pm
—Two things with different vibes on the same day for marriageable types: The Plucky Maidens vintage bridal show and Portland Bride & Groom's Rocked. Plucky Maidens, Crystal Ballroom, 1332 W Burnside, 11 am-5 pm, $10; Rocked, The Nines, 525 SW Morrison, noon-5 pm, $15
