LuLu's Vintage Is Packing up and Moving to Spokane

Posted by Katie Guinn on Tue, Jun 10, 2014 at 11:59 AM

If you're a lover of vintage and a seasoned shopper who hits all the best retro boutiques here in Portland, then I'm sure we share the same sadness about Eden closing, and now we have word that another vintage gem is bidding farewell also: Lulu's Vintage on W. Burnside. Lulu has been a prominent asset and advocate for Portland's vintage scene over the years. On top of opening and overseeing her own sweet little shop in 2001 (it was located on SW Morrison before the Burnside location), she's also spent time blogging about all things vintage on her blog, Lulu’s Vintage, since January 2006, and has been writing about vintage and retro businesses and events in Portland on since January 2008. Although she's packing up and leaving us, she won't be saying goodbye completely, because she'll still be keeping PDX peeps in the know while writing for and her own blog—but most important, you can still get your hands on items from the website and etsy store... and if you happen to end up in Spokane someday soon, she plans to eventually open a new brick and mortar there too!
