• Jewelry dealer Arlene Abelow is setting up shop at Mag-Big for an evening, with "tables packed with treasures from Art Nouveau necklaces, Art Deco pendant earrings, lockets, bracelets, Mid-century costume and sterling jewelry, and 1960s & 70s designer signed chic jewelry." • This weekend marks the fourth annual Summer Style in the Pearl, where 13 boutiques in walking distance of each other team up to offer various discounts. • If you needed another push to join the throngs at the Mississippi Street Fair, try this one on: Slightly removed from the fray will be a little oasis of local style called Designer Flea. • The Portland Flea is setting up shop at its St Johns digs this week, and if you've never experienced one of these vintage and local goods bonanzas... well, it looks like you'll have plenty of opportunities to in the future, but why not see what the fuss is about sooner than than later?
