      <![CDATA[luckily i have their brochure in my pretty little hands:<br>
30 min $8<br>
1 hour $14<br>
90 min $17<br>
2 hours $ 20<br>
(all prices cheaper if you become an annual member)<br>
open daily from 10 a.m. - 11 p.m.<br>
men only: mondays 7pm - 11pm<br>
women only: tues 7pm - 11pm and sat 10 am - 1pm<br>
swimsuit required hours: wed 7pm - 11pm<br>
they also have some hours for dedicated to silence<br>
<br>
my favorite thing is the massage sandwich<br>
1/2 hour hot tub and sauna<br>
1hr massage<br>
1/2 hot tub and sauna..<br>

i used to work at the old space, and i just love this organization!!!

      <![CDATA[I'll bet you a quarter you can get naked in the CGWC's sauna at any time other than the designated swimsuit required hours (Wed 7-11 pm). What on earth else would you wear?

      <![CDATA[I was just gonna say, too bad nude co-ed saunas and baths don't actually exist in Portland.  The CGWC website isn't really explicit, though, about their no-clothing policy... or their prices.  Anyone know?

      <![CDATA[don't forget Common Ground Wellness Center (<a href="http://www.cgwc.org/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">www.cgwc.org</a>) they have a variety of hours for clothing optional (co-ed, male and female only)<br>
the new facility just opened and it looks great, not bad prices either!
